How do you see life as you look ahead? If it were within your power now to create your future, what would you choose to make of it?
By our choices; by our actions or inaction in the present; we all carve our own paths. Is it worth an hour of your time to talk about the possibilities for your future with an expert?
Get in touch with me to consider the alignment of your values and options in a confidential conversation, free of cost and with no commitment other than to show up with an open mind.
If we both feel the chemistry is there, we can work together to design your personal routemap.
Then I will support you on every step along the road.

In a word: fulfillment.
But first we have to find what that means for you.
For example what gives you happiness? What gives you contentment? What do you care about most deeply? We are all different; there are no right and wrong answers. However, this stuff really matters because it's what 'being you' is all about.
Fulfillment comes when our actions are aligned with our values. This alignment can take work, but the results are magical.
Absolutely not.
My gameplan is not to improve you, it is to improve your situation. You are already your own person. I work with you as you are, not with some misty set of aspirations.
My guess is that if you are reading this, then you already know that to optimise your future, you have to consider, and perhaps change, your actions in the present. Perhaps that is a task for which you could use a little encouragement?
My job is to establish your objective, and then position you to achieve it.
I'll tell you what I offer, and you decide.
You can tell me anything, yes anything. Not only will I not judge you, I will help you discover why it matters to you.
My skill is leading clients to reach the insights that change their lives. I will never give you my advice.
Together we will discover much better advice than that. Advice that you can really trust, because it comes from deep within the person who cares about you most in the world. You.

Weird isnt it? You'd think you could, but would you find the time to do it? Really? Why have you not managed to do this successfully before?
And if you did, would you ask the right questions? Would you act on the answers you gave?
How would you know when to challenge and when to encourage; when to dig and when to support?
And when you need support, how would you give it?
Weird isn't it? You'd think you could, but in real life, do you actually make time for yourself to do that?
And when you find yourself asking difficult questions, how do you then pursue those threads to reach positive realistic outcomes? Do you act on the answers you give yourself?
How do you know when to challenge yourself and when to encourage; when to dig and when to support?
And when you need support, how do you give it?
Those who believe it is possible to improve their own futures.
I have clients of both genders, all colours and several nationalities. My client list includes those in employment, as well as self-employed and unemployed people.
What they all share, is an open mind on the possibility of self-determination, although they might not yet know how to achieve it by themselves.
There is more specific stuff about both you and me on the links below.
I don't judge the tidiness of your cupboards or whether you polish your shoes. So not a lifestyle coach.
I believe that wellbeing comes from what we give rather than what we get. So let’s make your contribution enjoyable and positive. And I will be your accountability partner too if you want me to be.
But rather than get tied up with classifications, let's consider the real goal here.
Achieving fullfillment
on your terms.

Let’s look at what is really important for you.
What are your core values and how are they important for you?
The stories we tell ourselves about ourselves and other people can be revealing about our mindset and outlook. What would happen if you could re-write these stories?
What is in your control and what is outside it? How can we optimise results for the things that are outside your control?
What are we planning to do here?
Do you have a main goal that represents a reward? By what stage of life are you expecting to achieve it? What will success feel like? What are your stretch goals after that?
Or will success for you be the achievement of a continuously satisfactory way of arranging your life? What will that feel like?
In either case - how would you feel if you don’t achieve these goals?
Let’s consider opportunities and obstacles.
What opportunities are available to help you achieve your goals?
Is anything holding you back? Internal or external? Can we work on them directly, or do we need to look at a change of environment? Or mindset?
What are the risks of progress? How shall we handle them?
What are the risks of doing nothing?

Let’s enjoy the ride!
‘When you don’t know where you are going, every distraction seems like an opportunity’
I love that phrase - but we do know where we are going now, and there’s no reason why we can’t enjoy the ride.
Let’s break it down:
What will the milestones be that we can celebrate?
What KPIs shall we establish to evaluate our progress?
Time to celebrate and reflect.
We don’t have to wait until you have achieved the final goal. I will be cheering you on at every milestone.
Let’s reflect every now and again on your progress and the future.
What about the risks, effort, sacrifices, and joys you have expertienced on the road?
How will we optimise your strategy going forward?
