Use the button below to download the Terms and Conditions of my Agreement for Coaching. These describe all the detail governing my services to my coaching clients, and are designed to protect us both from misunderstandings. There are two versions of this.
Here’s the short version:
I provide coaching, and you pay me for my services. I voluntarily submit my practice to the ethical standards of self regulatory organisations including Coaching Minds (with whom I am a trainee coach) and the EMCC.
The long version says pretty much the same and you can download it here . . .
I am committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse practice where every individual is valued and respected. I believe that diversity in all its forms, including but not limited to age, gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, and disability, enriches our culture and strengthens my ability to serve clients effectively.
I do not tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind and this may impact on our coaching discussions which otherwise are strictly non judgemental.
I strive to create an environment where differences are celebrated. My commitment to equality and diversity extends beyond my own practice to the way I engage with partners, suppliers, and the wider community.
The Terms and Conditions available on this website are designed for a simple two-party agreement. I do not accept payments from anyone other than the client with whom I have confidential conversations.
I believe that coaching can only work if the client buys into the whole process in a simple direct professional relationship with me. To do otherwise would raise difficult situations of both confidentiality and purpose.
And lastly here is a privacy notice.
I absolutely respect client confidentality as decribed in the Ts and Cs, but I use electronics, so here are some formal words about cookies, electronic files and the like.
By using the Website, you accept this Policy. If you do not want to agree to it you must not use the Website.
The Website is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age. If you use this website I am assuming you are over 18.
If I learn that I have collected or received personal information from a person under 18 without verification of parental consent, I will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a person under 18, please contact me.
When you access the Website, it and my computer will learn and store certain information about you, both automatically and through voluntary actions, you may take, during your visit. This policy applies to information I collect on the Website and in email, text, or other electronic messages between you and me through the Website or through emails on the contact links I provide.
I use the information you provide to deliver the requested product and/or service, to improve my overall performance, and to provide you with information about my own services only. I never share or sell any information that you provide to me.
With the exceptions described here and in my Coaching Terms and Conditions (download a copy from the button above), I never keep or share electronic records of website visitors.
As you navigate through the Website, it may use automatic data collection technologies including Google Analytics to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns. This will generally include information about your location, your traffic pattern through our website, and any communications between your computer and our Website.
The information collected automatically is used for statistical data and will not include personal information. I use this data to improve the Website and our service offerings.
Similar to other commercial websites, our website utilizes a standard technology called “cookies” and server logs to collect information about how our site is used. Information gathered through cookies and server logs may include the date and time of visits, the pages viewed, time spent at our site, and the websites visited just before and just after our own, as well as your IP address.
A cookie is a very small text document, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier. When you visit a website, that site’s computer asks your computer for permission to store this file in a part of your hard drive specifically designated for cookies. Each website can send its own cookie to your browser if your browser’s preferences allow it, but (to protect your privacy) your browser only permits a website to access the cookies it has already sent to you, not the cookies sent to you by other sites.
I may use technological equivalents of cookies, including social media pixels. These pixels allow social media sites to track visitors to outside websites so as to tailor advertising messages users see while visiting that social media website. I reserve the right to use these pixels in compliance with the policies of the various social media sites.
We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly.
If you choose to correspond with me through email, text messages or WhatsApp , I may retain the content of your messages together with your contact information and our responses. I provide the same protections for these electronic communications that I employ in the maintenance of information received online, mail, and telephone. For further information see the email policies below.
I am committed to keeping your e-mail address and other contact information confidential. I do not and shall not sell, rent, or lease my subscription lists to third parties, and will not disclose your email address or other contact information to any third parties except as allowed in the section titled Disclosure of Your Information.
I will maintain the information you send via e-mail in accordance with applicable law.
All e-mails will clearly state who the e-mail is from and provide clear information on how to contact the sender. I do not use automated mailings or keep mailing lists. If you don’t want to receive emails from me, you can reply to any email I send you telling me so and I will delete you from my address book.
I may disclose your personal information to a third party, when necessary to enforce my terms of service or any other agreement between you and me.
I may disclose information when legally compelled to do so, in other words, when in good faith, I believe that the law requires it or for the protection of my legal rights or when compelled by a court or other governmental entity to do so.
I employ commercially reasonable methods to ensure the security of the information you provide to me and the information we collect automatically. This includes using standard security protocols and working only with reputable third-party vendors.
Email is not recognized as a secure medium of communication. For this reason, please do not send private information by email.
I may use software programs to create summary statistics, which are used for such purposes as assessing the number of visitors to the different sections of the Website, what information is of most and least interest, determining technical design specifications, and identifying system performance or problem areas.
For site security purposes and to ensure that this service remains available to all users, I may use software to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage.
Visitors’ GDPR Rights

You have the right to object to the processing of your data and the right to the portability of your data.
To the extent that you provided consent to my processing of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based upon consent that occurred prior to your withdrawal of consent.
