With the exception of Supervised Coaching I never keep electronic records of coaching conversations. Any notes I make in coaching calls are made using pen and paper and these files are kept strictly confidential.
For training purposes (ie in pursuit of my own professional development and improvement) I may ask to record Zoom calls between myself and a client. This will only ever happen by prior arrangement and in case of any discomfort by the client, I will always agree not to make a recording, or to stop a recording in progress, even if the recording was previously agreed upon. In case a partial recording has been made and is stopped in such circumstance I undertake to destroy the electronic copy before it is shared or published anywhere beyond my own computer. I will never suggest during a Zoom call that we start recording unless it has been clearly agreed between us beforehand. Zoom allows users to see when they are being recorded and gives them the option of cancelling the call. This is why I use it for coaching meetings.
As you navigate through the Website, it may use automatic data collection technologies including Google Analytics to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns. This will generally include information about your location, your traffic pattern through our website, and any communications between your computer and our Website. Among other things, we will collect data about the type of computer you use, your Internet connection, your IP address, your operating system, and your browser type.
The information collected automatically is used for statistical data and will not include personal information. I use this data to improve the Website and our service offerings. On the specific subject of Google Fonts and GDPR compliance, I use a plugin so any Google Fonts I use are embedded within the website. The Website does not send your ip address to Google when you load the page.
